- Nat Silva Added March 17, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor Customer Service, expensive and pretty snobby employees. Never going there again after being quoted almost $200 for a root touch up and blow dry! I'd recommend going a few shops up and getting your hair done by REAL hairdressers with a passion. Don't even bother, no wonder no ones in there most of the time. Every time I walk past it stinks of burnt hair -gross.
